FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between an SSR and a mechanical relay?
A: Solid State Relays (SSRs) use semiconductor components to switch loads silently and quickly, while mechanical relays use physical contacts. SSRs are ideal for high-frequency switching and environments where noise-free operation is needed.

Q2: Can your SSRs be used with PLCs, microcontrollers, or Arduino?
A: Yes. Most of our SSRs operate with 3–32VDC input signals, making them compatible with PLCs, Arduino boards, and industrial controllers.

Q3: Do you offer custom thermocouple or sensor cable lengths?
A: Absolutely! We support customization of length, thread size, probe diameter, and wire type. Just send us your requirements.

Q4: What's the typical lead time for bulk orders?
A: For standard models, lead time is 3–5 working days. For OEM/custom orders, we will confirm the schedule upon order placement.

Q5: How can I choose between K Type and Pt100 sensors?
A: K Type thermocouples are suitable for fast, general-purpose temperature measurements up to 800°C. Pt100 (RTD) sensors offer higher accuracy and better long-term stability, usually up to 300°C.

Q6: Do your products include warranty?
A: Yes, all standard products come with a 12-month warranty. If anything goes wrong due to quality, we’ll provide technical support or replacements.
