M1DK / SSR-DV Pulse-Triggered SCR Power Module is a single-phase solid state power module driven by the pulse trigger signal of an SCR heating controller. It uses G and T1 trigger terminals, supports 250VAC single-phase resistive loads and is available from 25A to 100A for ovens, packaging machines, blow molding machines, plastic machinery and industrial heating control systems. Also known in some markets as BSSR-DV.

SCR-100 / ZKG-2000 Blow Molding Machine Heating Controller
The SCR-100 / ZKG-2000 is a panel-mount heating controller for blow molding and thermoforming machines — not a standard PID temperature controller. It does not measure temperature: the operator sets the heating power directly, the controller regulates that power and outputs the thyristor trigger signal, and an external M1DK or SSR-DV SCR power module carries the actual 220VAC load current. A microprocessor-based phase-angle control circuit with deep voltage negative feedback reduces the influence of supply-voltage fluctuations and provides stable, linear 0–220VAC adjustment. The dual LED display gives clear remote visibility of the measured and set voltages. Touch-button operation, compact 48 × 48 mm panel construction and strong interference resistance make it suitable for blow molding, vacuum forming, mold heating, packaging machinery and other resistance-heating equipment.
